III. Project Description
The project is planned to build three modern production lines for generation II Tan-date, puffed food and date nutriment, with annual output of over 170 varieties of 10000 tons series date products. The project does not only become the largest Chinese date production base in Northwest Region, but become the largest and most excellent Chinese date production base of China, which can promote the development of Chinese date industry, date farmers’ increasing income and becoming rich.

Total investment of the project is 113.1528 million Yuan, of which the construction investment is 90.6528 million Yuan, intangible asset investment 2 million Yuan, deferred asset investment 500,000 Yuan and initial working capital 20 million Yuan. Cooperation form: joint venture, cooperation or financing.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
Annual sales income is 295 million Yuan, annual average profit 65.5902 million Yuan, annual profit and tax 96.4524 million Yuan. The profit rate of investment is 57.97%, profit and tax rate of investment 85.24%, break-even point is 22.53%. Tax contribution and its additives is 30.8622 million Yuan, income tax 21.0233 million Yuan, internal rate of return of finance is 34.33% (after tax). The investment recovery period is 4.87 years.
