III. Project Description
In 2004, Yulin Xintianyuan Group Corporation developed the buckwheat starch and series products and put it into batch production with annual buckwheat starch production capacity of 3000 tons. It filled one blank of our country. Now it is planned to attract capital to expand the building by relying on rich buckwheat resources of Jingbian County, making buckwheat starch capacity reach 10,000 tons per year.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 38 million Yuan. Cooperation form: joint venture or financing.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
After the project is completed, annual profit of 9 million Yuan, tax of 2 million Yuan will be realized. The investment recovery period is 4.3 years.
