III. Project Description
The project is planned to introduce foreign advanced equipments to produce quantitative and single packing cool and frozen beefsteak, western style steak, eye beef, back waist and raphe beef and other fine beef series products. It meets the requirements of top grade hotels, foreign restaurants and western restaurants with different specifications. It filled the blank that there is no this kind of product in our country. It is planned to newly build 4000m2 of processing workshop and auxiliary facilities, introduce advanced complete processing and frozen equipment. It can reach the delivery capacity of 10 tons daily, the production and delivery capacity of 2500 tons fine beef series products. The main production flow: beef slice of frozen part, vacuumizing, box packing, low temperature storage and delivery and sales.
IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 30 million Yuan including construction investment of 25 million Yuan, initial working capital of 5 million Yuan. It needs to finance 10 million Yuan through stock expansion or other cooperation forms.
V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
Up to 2010, the market volume of low temperature meat production in our country is over 41 million tons, of which beef accounts for 10%, namely, over 4.1 million tons. During business period, the total sales income of 210 million Yuan, the total profit of 18.3 million Yuan, net profit of 12.26 million Yuan will be realized. Annual sales tax is 14.02 million Yuan and the income tax 6.04 million Yuan. The profit rate is 8.71% and net profit rate 5.84%. The investment recovery period is 2.04 years.
