III. Project Description
It is the leading industry for Xi’an Wentian Eco-agriculture Technology Industry Group. Through R&D, the Company has successfully mastered such core technologies as Mandya Yew breeding, industrialized planting and paclitaxe extraction. It has initially formed the industrial chain for yew breeding, cultivation, paclitaxe extraction and pharmacy. The Project lies in Zhashui County, Shangluo City of Shaanxi Province, it is proposed to build 1,000mu Mandya Yew breeding base, 60,000mu Mandya Yew planting base, one production line for 1% paclitaxe and other Chinese herbal medicines with annual output of 35 tons, and one production line for 99.5% paclitaxe with annual output of 240 kg. Covering an area of 40mu, the plant will be designed in the principle of high starting point, high technology, high standard and high efficiency, and be constructed according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standard.
The Project has currently built up more than 300mu breeding base and 2,000mu planting base, forming the production scale with annual extraction volume of 30kg. Annual output of other plant extracts is 10 tons.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total Investment of the project is 340 million Yuan. The construction period is 5 years (from 2006-2010). Cooperation form: stock participation, joint venture or cooperation.
