Yanhe Grass Industry Development Co., Ltd. The Company, a modern hi-tech private enterprise engaging in the development of forage products, was established in 2003 in Wuqi County. The Company has 138 staff, covering an area of 70000 m². The major products are grass meal, grass bundle, grass block and grass grain and the quality has reached the national standard.

III. Project Description
Wuqi County has its own characteristics in returning land for farming to forestry in China. In recent years, Wuqi County has been developing grass and livestock industry. The grass and livestock industry has been developed greatly. Now, there is artificial grassland over 900,000mu. It supplies sufficient resources for production expansion of Yanhe Grass Industry Development Co., Ltd. The construction scale of the Project is to produce 100,000 tons of high-quality alfalfa products a year.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 40 million Yuan. Cooperation form: joint venture or financing.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
The Company’s grass products are undersupplied at home and abroad, with broad market prospects. After the completion of the Project, annual sales income is 96 million Yuan and profit is 17.8 million Yuan, investment recovery period is 2.24 years (including construction period) and investment profit rate is 44.5% (after income tax).
