Shaanxi Zhengli Dairy Co., Ltd. The company was founded in September, 1995, with a registered capital of 29 million Yuan. Its subordinate enterprises include Xi’an Caotan Zhengli Dairy Co., Ltd., Yaozhou District Yucheng Cattle Ranch, Yaozhou District Milk Industry Center and Xi’an Limin Feedstuff Technology Co., Ltd and Tongchuan Tianzheng Commercial &Trade Company.　

III. Project Description
The project has been approved by Tongchuan Municipal Development and Reform Commission and has been included into key construction project by municipal government. Adopting the pattern of “Company + Base + farmer”, it is planned to build 10 centralized raising areas which can raise 20000 cows and can produce high quality milk of 65000 tons, 25 mechanized milking stations, auxiliary veterinary stations, breeding stations and feedstuff supply departments and 1 feedstuff processing plant with an annual output of 50,000 tons. So it can serve the farmers in the whole process. At present, it has built 4 centralized areas, 4 mechanized milking stations and 4 conducting station with supported techniques. By the end of 2006, it has raised over 8320 cows.　

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 36.07 million Yuan. Cooperation form: joint venture or cooperation.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
After the completion the project, annual sales income of 168 million Yuan and profit and tax of 18 million Yuan will be realized.
