It is planned to newly build a tea cleaning plant with daily output of over 3 tons, a building for technology training and comprehensive office use, a 300 mu technology demonstration base, 20 irrigation projects and 200 mu sightseeing and experience park.

Total investment of the project is 50 million Yuan and 30 million Yuan needs to be financed. Cooperation form: joint venture or cooperation.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
The project conforms to the plan of Shaanxi in developing green economy. The investment recovery period is 7 years.
