III. Project Description
The project is a supported project of Shaanxi Surea Group Co., Ltd that can produce 500 tons of flour daily. The daily production scale is 200 tons and annual production scale is 41000 tons of wheat starch and 6900 tons of gluteiln power. The project adopts whirl-flow technique, the most mature and advanced technology of the world. The main construction contents are: a set of wheat starch/gluteiln production line equipment with daily treatment capacity of 200 tons flour , 2000m2 of production workshop, raw material warehouse, production warehouse and other facilities such as water (1000 ton/day), power (1600 kw), gas and wastewater treatment facilities.
IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment is 26 million Yuan (US$ 3.5 million). Joint venture or cooperation is acceptable. (The party of joint venture or cooperation can hold the share).
V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
At present, 60% of the products are exported abroad and the rest are consumed in our country. The exported countries mainly are USA, then Australia, South Korea, Japan and South Asia. The annual sales income is 139.5 million Yuan, annual production cost is 14.545 million Yuan, annual profit tax is 10.955 million Yuan and annual profit is 9.005 million Yuan. The comprehensive benefit is 9.94 million Yuan. The investment recovery period is about 2.8 years.
