Shaanxi Huayin Cultivating Farm. The enterprise is one of 100 fine wheat variety cultivating and pollution-free food production bases. The hybrid rape variety of “Qinyou No. 2” which is famous at home and abroad is successfully cultivated in Huayin Farm. The technicians have made great achievements in the introduction, cultivation and planting of fruit, wheat, cotton and watermelon etc. It yields great economic benefits and social benefits.　

III. Project Description
The project is planned to enlarge the pollution-free and high-quality cherry planting area from 3000mu to 5000mu relying on the existing 2000mu cherry agricultural comprehensive development zone with modern, scaled and scientific construction standard and keep it fresh. In addition, it is planned to newly build a big cherry deep processing production line.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 30 million Yuan, of which, 12 million Yuan has been invested to build 2000 mu cherry planting base and a large size controlled atmosphere storage. Now it needs 18 million Yuan to enlarge the cherry planting base of 3000 mu and complete the construction of 5000mu core area of Huayin Farm. Cooperation form: joint venture or cooperation.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
After the completion of the project, the sales income is estimated to be 20 million Yuan. The investment rate of return is 40%. The total investment will be recovered within 4 years. Therefore, the economic benefit is considerable.
