III. Project Description
Persimmon, as a natural foodstuff, has high nutritious value. It has the function of cancer prevention and health care. Its performance of high quality and safety was concerned by people. In addition, it also has better nutritious value and medical value. The persimmon can be processed into fresh honeydew which contains various minerals such as protein, vitamine, fruit thujic acid, calcium, iron and phosphor. It is a natural fruit juice beverage with special health care function and nutritious value. It can clear away heat, remove the phlegm, soften blood vessel and decrease blood pressure. It is intended to introduce capital to enlarge planting base and build fruit selecting production line.　

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 31.2 million Yuan. Cooperation form: joint venture or cooperation.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
After the project is completed, it can produce 60 million kg of fresh fruits and process 40,000 tons of green persimmon. The annual sales income is 30 million Yuan and net income is 9 million Yuan. The cost will be recovered within 3-4 years.
