III. Project Description
Shaanxi Fangyuan Chemicals Group Company is a state-owned limited liability company based on the reorganization of former Shaanxi Provincial Fertilizer Subsidiary Company. Fugu Fertilizer Subsidiary Company, Mizhi Fertilizer Plant and Wubu Nitrogenous Fertilizer Plant are under the Company. By adopting CWM and KELLOGG'MEDP transformation technique, it is planned to build a synthetic ammonia production line with annual output of 300,000 tons, which can transform 180,000 tons into 300000 tons of carbamide, 120000 tons of synthetic ammonia and its byproduct soda projects.

Total investment of the project is 2.3 billion Yuan. Cooperation form: Joint venture, cooperation or sole investment.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
At present, most of middle and small size ammonia plants take coking coal and anthracite as raw materials, they seldom adopt soft coal. The price difference is 480 Yuan/ton. The soft coal price among fertilizer enterprises of our province is about 250 Yuan/ton. The project can use the rich coal resources and the price is about 150 Yuan/ton. So it has price advantage. The cost of urea production line is 1100 Yuan/ton; it has strong competitive power in its kind in China. After the project is completed, the annual profit amount is 220.31 million Yuan, tax 60.29 million Yuan. The internal rate of return is 14.75%. The investment recovery period is 7.59 years. It has some payoff capacity and anti-risk capacity.
