III. Project Description
Yulin lies in the south of Mu Us Desert. The physiognomy takes, by and large, the Great Wall as great divide. The north belongs to wind-sand area, accounting for 42% of the total area; the south belongs to hill and ravine area, accounting for 58% of the total area. The mean altitude is 1300 m. It belongs to warm temperate zone and temperate and semi-drought continental seasonal wind climate. The mean temperature is 10≧. The annual rainfall is about 400 mm. The lighting is very long and annual light time is above 1900 hours. The solar energy resource is very rich. It is planned to build a 2〜5 MW solar power generation demonstration project at Wushilisha of Hongchang Bridge in Yuyang District, which will make great contribution to green energy construction and environmental protection.
IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project: 100 million Yuan. Cooperation form: sole investment, cooperation or joint venture.
V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
Annual profit is 25 million Yuan. The investment recovery period is 4 years.
