III. Project Description
Under the condition of not changing the existing coal-fired technology and equipments, the Project mixes 2‰-4‰ cleansing agent (weight ratio) into coal according to physical and chemical properties of coal combustion. Through catalytic and activating roles, the Project may promote oxidation chemical reactions such as ion-exchange, and meanwhile desulfurize, conserve coal and clean coke.
It is a multi-functional cleansing agent. Especially for inferior coal with poor quality, numerous ash and low calorific value, it has created a new way to use inferior coal and clean combustion. Through large-scale application in burning furnace, boiler, down draft kiln, tunnel kiln, rotary kiln, vertical kiln, and sinter forging fields, it has obtained remarkable effect. Desulfurization: 35-55%; coal conservation: 8-12%; deashing and decoking: more than 90%.
The investment this time is mainly used for building workshop, storehouse for raw materials, storehouse for finished products, auxiliary production room, research and testing room, comprehensive office building, auxiliary facilities for public works, outdoor projects and 49 sets of equipments.

Total investment of the project is 75 million Yuan. Cooperation form: stock participation, cooperation or agent.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
After the completion of the project, it can reach the capacity of 20000 tons coal-burning desulfurized combustion-supporting purificant a year. The annual sales income is 120 million Yuan and profit and tax 31.2 million Yuan.
