III. Project Description
As for problems in battery materials, the Project has established reasonable technical line, selected the appropriate binder, optimized material compounding ratio, effectively controlled the environment, greatly improved the processing technology of the plate, and thus reached the standards for high-power battery. Tested by North Auto Quality Supervision, Inspection and Identification Testing Institute, the indicators of items tested have reached the standards of "Lithium-ion Battery for Electric Road Vehicles" (QC/T743-2006). The trial operation results show that the use of 55AH〜2〜84 power batteries may meet the power requirements of pure electric vehicles in startup and acceleration, reach the design standard for the travel distance of one-time charge, and meet the requirements of braking energy feedback.

Total investment of the project is 85 million Yuan. Cooperation form: joint venture or cooperation.
V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
The Project, characterized by high safety and long life cycle, conforms to the current development requirements for international lithium-ion power batteries. The electrical core of such battery adopts the winding way to replace the conventional large-capacity power battery, and resolves multi-level ear-contraposition problem, which has effectively improved the battery¨s stamping-resistance and vibration-resistant performance. It has strong innovation ability for product structure and preparation technique, and independent intellectual property rights, its technology has reached the internationally advanced level and domestically leading one. It overcomes the deficiency of lead-acid battery, lithium acid battery and manganese acid lithium battery, featuring multiplying power discharge, long life cycle and high safety. It can be widely used in miner's lamp, solar street lamps, electric motor vehicles and electric autos, with broad market prospects.
