III. Project Description
The Project produces phosphor, a luminous material used in cold cathode fluorescent lamp in LCD backlight source. This type of phosphor is highly sophisticated in solid luminescence field, characterized by small particles, good dispersion, high brightness and stability, which may reach the severe conditions of LCD backlight source Fluorescent lamp produced with such phosphor has high power, and its service life may last 50,000 hours, so it is the ideal backlight source for TFT-LCD. The Company has patented technologies, and has proposed to introduce funds for development and production.

Total investment of the project is 45 million Yuan. Cooperation form: joint venture or cooperation.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
After the project is completed, the sales income of over 45 million Yuan, profit and tax of 12.5 million Yuan is estimated to be realized a year within 2 years. After 2010, the sales income per year will exceed 85 million Yuan.
