III. Project Description
Aluminium fluoride is a rectifyingagent of melting electrolyte during the production process of electrolytic aluminum. Since reform and opening up, the electrolytic aluminum production has been developing greatly. At present, the electrolytic aluminum output in China reaches 5.5 million tons. Annual demand of aluminium fluoride is 200000 tons while the domestic yield is lower than 100,000 tons. And the rest takes cryolite as fluxing during wet method production. This production method will be dropped out gradually for serious environmental pollution. Tongchuan City Xinguang Aluminium Company is one of large size aluminium plant. The investment for the second expanding project is completed. Now, it can produce electrolytic aluminum of 25 tons. The project is planned to build an aluminium fluoride production line with annual production capacity of 20000 tons. The market prospect is bright.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 78 million Yuan including fixed asset investment of 64.23 million Yuan. Cooperation form: cooperation or joint venture.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
After the completion of the project, the annual sales income will be 83.66 million Yuan and profit and tax 13.53 million Yuan.
