III. Project Description
Pyrite that Zhen’an Yuexi Mining Co., Ltd. owns is the first rich mine and the second large mine in Shaanxi Province. Since its establishment in 1979, the Company has always exploited and sold original mine, so the profit margin has remained very low. Therefore, it is proposed to build pyrite acid plant. The Project lies in Dongping Wan, Dongping Village, Qingtong Town, 14km away from the north of Yuexi Mining Co., Ltd., close to site of raw materials and cinder sales site and cement plant. Covering an area of 2 ha., the Project may produce 120,000 tons of 98% industrial sulfuric acid and 96,930 tons of pyrite dross (S=0.5%). The device adopts fluosolids roasting, heat energy recovery through middle-pressure waste-heat boiler, acid purification, (3+2) transfer, and twice absorption process.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 62.79 million Yuan including fixed assets investment of 58.79 million Yuan and fluid capital of 4 million Yuan. Cooperation form: joint venture or cooperation.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
In Eleventh Five-year Period, the annual sulphuric acid demand in Zhen’an County is 54600 tons for paramontroseite development. It is about 138830 tons during the “Twelfth Five-year” Plan Period. According to the planning of Shangluo City, during the “Eleventh Five-year” Plan Period the vanadium pentexide production capacity will be increased to 30000 tons and form the largest paramontroseite base relying on existing paramontroseite enterprise of Shanyang. At that time, the sulphuric acid demand in Shangluo is considerable. After the project is completed and meets the production targets, the sales income is estimated to be 41.58 million Yuan. The investment recovery period is about 6.4 years.
