Baoji Zhongse Co., Ltd. It is a hi-tech enterprise specialized in R&D and production of titanium metal apparatus, refractory metals, rare-earth metals and titanium pressure containers. Its products have been awarded by relevant national ministries and provincial departments for many times.

III. Project Description
This product is a key part used for electrolytic copper foil production equipments in electronic industry, which may greatly reduce the production cost of copper foil, improve the quality of copper foil and production efficiency, and lower consumption. The Company has produced seamless titanium and composite cathode rolls for many years, and obtained national patent in large specification of seamless titanium and composite cathode rolls. The Project is under Torch Program issued by the State in 1999, and also under national key product plan issued in 2000.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 75 million Yuan. The cooperation form is stock participation by foreign party.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
In international market, the product specification is Ф 2700mm, and its advantages are high efficiency, top quality, and lower production cost. Our country is unable to produce Ф 2700mm seamless titanium and composite cathode rolls. Nevertheless, the Ф 2000mm seamless titanium and composite cathode rolls developed by the Company can be used to produce copper foils, and the quality is similar to foreign products, but the price is only half of them. As a result, we totally have advantages to enter international market, and substitute the import at home, so it has broad market prospects. The construction period of the Project is one year. After the Project is completed, the annual output value will reach up to 170 million Yuan, and profits up to 25 million Yuan.
