II. Project Implementation Agency
Hanzhong Shunbang New Material Co., Ltd. The company is a limited liability company registered in July, 2002. It has developed white alundum, HMCPVC processing agent and other products.

III. Project Description
At present, the company has built a processing agent production line with annual output of 2000 tons. And it was put into trial production and acceptance in 2003. It has produced over 6000 tons of products over the past four years. The market has been exploited to Sichuan, Henan, Hubei, Shaanxi, Guangdong and Xinjiang. Now its production technology is mature. It is planned to build a processing agent production line with exclusive intellectual property right with annual output of 5000 tons HNC. The annual yield can reach 5000 tons based on the original production of 2000 tons after expansion. Construction contents: ① reconstruct the idle production workshop of 1800 m²; ② newly build a high frequent vibrancy production line; ③ newly add a set of grafting copolymerization equipment; ④ newly add a set of dry classified equipment; and ⑤ build a vacuum packing production line.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 48.6 million Yuan. Cooperation form: joint venture.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
When the project meets its production target and efficiency, the annual sales income of 65 million Yuan, profit of over 9 million Yuan and tax of over 5 million Yuan will be realized.
