III. Project Description
The planned installation capacity of Luojiaba hydroelectric is 7500KW. It is planned to newly build dam, intake and flushing sluice, pressure tunnel, workshop, 35KV of step-up substation, electromechanical devices, installation project, 22km of transmitting line of 35KV.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 80 million Yuan. Cooperation form: capital introduction, sole investment or joint venture.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
After the project is completed, the annual average available energy output is 24 million KWH, annual power sales income is 6.24 million Yuan and annual profit is 4.74 million Yuan. The investment recovery period is 8 years.
