III. Project Description
Shaanxi Weihe Industrial Mould Plant is a professional industrial mould manufacturing enterprise in machine-building and electronics industries. It has a covered area of 345000 m2, a fixed asset of 170 million Yuan and a total staff of over 1500. The products of the enterprise include 8 categories of mould, hard metal article, harmonic drive reducer, tool and accessory etc. The project now has full automatic CNC milling, grinding, full automatic CNC turning center, full automatic CNC precise cutter from Switzerland and Germany and the numeral-controlled carbide-tipped alloy production line with the production capacity of 1 million non-conventional type carbide-tipped tools and 4.5 million PCB carbide-tipped tools.
IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 120 million Yuan. Cooperation form: cooperation, joint venture or share extension through capital increase.
V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
In consumed tool in home manufacturing Industry, although the ratio of carbide-tipped tool has reached over 50%, yet the yield is less than 25%. The contradiction between demand and the supply is serious. Therefore, much steel carbide-tipped tools with quick speed exported for sales. Meantime, the high-efficient carbide-tipped tool must be imported. The import volume increased to US$ 450 million in 2005 from US$ 90 million in 2001. In order to agree with the high efficient processing of home car industry and PCB processing of IT industry, the carbide-tipped tool must be sped up. After the project is put into operation, the sales income of 300 million Yuan and profit of 38 million Yuan will be realized.
