III. Project Description
The company is a professional high-tech enterprise engaging in the development of electroacoustic device. It has engaged in the research and development and production of electroacoustic device for over 30 years. It has rich experiences and mature technologies in the R&D and manufacturing of various electroacoustic devices and electronic applied products. According to the development of the enterprise and the market demand, the project is planned to build the research and development production base of car electronics, car communication and electronics information products in West China based on car electronic products, to build plants with requisitioned land area of 60 mu in Baoji National High-tech Industrial Development Zone.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 100 million Yuan. 25 million Yuan is intended to be financed. Cooperation form: building factory by joint venture.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
The gross profit rate of car electronics products is averagely 40%. The investment recovery period is estimated to be 4 years.
