III. Project Description
The leading products include: box joist steel structure parts. Its supported products are H-type steel, subordinated parts, common steel parts, and mixing pipes. The flexible products are nonstandard equipment and pressure vessel. The contract on this project has been signed with Administrative Committee of Weinan High-Tech Industrial Development Zone.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment is 120 million Yuan. 60 million Yuan needs to be financed. Cooperation form: stock participation, joint management, cooperation or loan.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
Steel structure products in Northwest Area have better market potential. The investment rate of return is 17% and the investment recovery period is about 6 years.
