III. Project Description
Axial compressor features in high efficiency, large capacity and wide regulating scope. The company improved the performance of axial compressor and expanded its application fields through developing its own new product leaf-shaped compressors. Axial compressor of Shaanxi Blower (Group) Co. Ltd has successfully applied N5, N8 leaf-shaped axial compressor. It has the experiences of research and practice of new axial leaf-shaped compressor.　
Relying on scientific research strength, the company improved the high efficiency and the coefficient of energy head of new leaf-shaped axial compressor, expanded its working-condition scope, and developed a new leaf-shaped compressor which can be used for the product design. It can produce leaf-shaped axial compressor of 60 sets a year.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 30 million Yuan. Cooperation form: technical cooperation.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
After the completion of the project, the production value will be increased by 120 million Yuan and profit and tax 30 million Yuan a year.
