III. Project Description
The Project, by using the advantages of space high technology, has developed domestically core devices for petrochemical intermediates, biological and chemical industry, deep processing of foodstuff and pharmaceutical industry---large-scale fixed-bed reactor and high-efficient continuous crystallization machine. Fixed-bed reaction system has been widely used, and its core equipment is large fixed-bed reactor. As the core equipment in deep processing of foodstuff, crystalline equipment has become the symbol in the whole trade with its reasonable and advanced features.
20,000-ton large-scale reactor, continuous crystallizer and forced circulation vacuum evaporating crystallizer used in the Project have been certified by relevant authorities and been reviewed by experts organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology. 20,000-ton large anhydride reaction device and 25m3 anhydrous glucose crystallizer have been listed in national key product program respectively in 2000 and 2003, and forced circulation vacuum evaporating crystallizer has been listed in the 2003 Innovation Fund Program by the Ministry of Science and Technology. The Project has five patents, filling a number of domestic blanks and reaching internationally advanced level.
It is proposed to acquire 150mu land to build 18,000㎡ crystallization equipment workshop, 10,000 ㎡ reaction system workshop, 5,000 ㎡ engineering design and R&D center, and to purchase special equipments for the production, testing equipments and pilot test system.
IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 320 million Yuan. Cooperation form: joint venture or cooperation.
V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
The project started in 2006. It will be completed in 2008 and it can yield 800 million Yuan in 2010.
