III. Project Description
Gear grinding machine is applicable to grinding or mended straight (oblique) involute gears and other gears. Currently, Chinese 1.5m above specifications of gear grinding machines have all relied upon imports. Shaanxi Qinchuan Machinery Development Co., Ltd. is a large backbone enterprise in national machinery industry, focusing upon producing precision CNC machine tools, and 30 specifications under 7 series have taken shape. The leading CNC gear grinding machine has reached internationally advanced level, and it has formed a certain production capacity. It is proposed to further improve the key technologies of gear grinding machines, develop auto cutter-aligning (grinding wheel spindle) technology and application software, enhance machining precision, efficiency, reliability and stability; research YK73200 and YK73250 CNC molding wheel gear grinding machine, and thus form scaled production capacity. What’s more, it is proposed to add the key processing and testing equipments. After the Project is put into operation, the annual output will be 200 sets of CNC gear grinding machines.

Total investment of the project is 55 million Yuan. Cooperation form: negotiation.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
It is estimated that the sales income and profit will be increased by 150 million Yuan and 20 million a year.
