III. Project Description By relying upon 125 MN horizontal hydraulic double-action aluminum extrusion production line, the Project is to study the key technologies and equipments involved in extra large aluminum material production, including finite element simulation-based super-sized aluminum isothermal compression technology, fixed needle technique, rapid cooling technology, double-traction technology, and large short-trip hydraulic double-action aluminum extrusion equipment. Its overall objective is to enhance the quality and output of China's large aluminum extrusion production, and establish hydraulic double-action short trip extruder. It is planned to introduce capital to purchase production equipment.
IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form Total investment of the project is 52.8 million Yuan. Cooperation form: joint venture or cooperation.
V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return The Project will bring greater economic and social effects, and it is expected that the sales income will reach up to 200 million Yuan and profits up to 20 million Yuan, and meanwhile, the Project will reduce environmental pollution, enhance China¨s production technology in large aluminum extrusion, so as to provide top-quality large aluminum materials for speeding up China's trains, light rail trains and subways and large cross-section profiles and large-diameter pipes for China's aviation and spaceflight, national defense and industry.
