III. Project Description
The project adopts cylinder pattern with multiple-turn winding. It is enveloped with epoxy resin fiberglas. It features in light weight, good linearity, adjustability, low noise, and environmental protection, energy-saving and high reliability. It improves the automatic level of power supply equipments and meets the requirements of power department on HV startup reactor. The company has self owned intellectual rights. It is firstly created in China. The technical is at the top level of the kind. The project is mainly applied to reactive power compensation and electric power line, which can improve the power supply quality, reduce the line loss, and strengthen the safety of power operation. The technology is mature through pilot test and there is no technical and market risk. The prophase works such workshop construction, purchase of some equipments have been completed.

Total investment of the project is 22 million Yuan. Cooperation form: cooperation or financing.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
The annual sales income is estimated to be 128 million Yuan and profit is estimated to be 35.94 million Yuan.
