III. Project Description
Xianyang City has rich coal resources and the reserve has reached ten billion tons. The equipment manufacturing and electronics Industry are developed. The surrounding provinces of Shaanxi are the major coal production areas of China. Therefore, it is the superexcellent region for coal machine manufacturing. The planned area is 500,000 m2 and the construction area of 350,000 m2. It is planned to introduce technology to produce cross-section boring machine so that it will produce 20 tunnel boring machines (TBM) and 32 boring machines in 2010. It is planed to build workshops of machine processing, assembly, trial, R & D Center, logistics delivery and other public utilities. The field, road, water, power and communication are good. The project conforms to state industry policies and state land policies.
IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 1.95 billion Yuan. Cooperation form: joint venture or cooperation.
V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
After the completion of the project, the annual sales income will be 5 billion Yuan and profit 750 million Yuan. The investment recovery period of the first stage is 6.5 years and the second is 4 years.
