Shaanxi Qinniu (Group) Co., Ltd., approved by the former State Ministry of Labor and Social Security, is a professional manufacturer in producing boilers and pressure vessels. In 1994, it was restructured into shareholding system. In 1999, it was approved as hi-tech enterprise by Shaanxi Provincial Commission of Science and Technology, and "Qinniu" was rated as famous trademark in Shaanxi Province. In 2001, it passed ISO9002 international quality system authentification. In 2002, it obtained Grade-B boiler manufacturing license. In 2003, it obtained GB+GC2 pipeline installation permits and provincial welder training qualification certificate from Shaanxi Provincial Bureau of Technical Supervision. In 2005, its products were rated as brand-name products in Shaanxi Province. With assets of over 30 million Yuan and an area of 31,000 m², the Company now has 257 employees (75 technicians), strong development and manufacturing capabilities for boilers, complete testing equipments and perfect quality system. Enterprise patents: (1) Heat pipe phase-change dirty-free industrial hot water boiler, (2) Out-laid heat exchanger for dirty-free hot water boiler, (3) Fuel and gas dirty-free hot water boiler, (4) Electric dirty-free tea water boiler, (5) Electric dirty-free hot water boiler. Currently, household hot air heating units are under development.

III. Project Description
It is planned to build a non-furring boiler production line with annual production capacity of 800 sets.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 50 million Yuan. Cooperation form: joint venture.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
According to the statistics of Shanghai Industrial Boiler Research Institute, China’s authority, the demand of industrial boiler in China is about 40, 000 sets or above; meanwhile it is increasing at a speed of 3-5%. As the state environmental protection policies enhanced Qinniu Brand boiler has good image in society. If it occupies 1% of market, 600 boilers are needed a year. Boiler market is stable and the potential is great.
