III. Project Description
With the advancement of industrialization of Yulin and the fulfillment of the shifting project, the dependency on equipment maintenance becomes more definite. Many chemical industry and power equipment can not be carried. It is necessary to produce and repair the wearing parts of assembling supported equipment, coal excavated equipment and petroleum equipment in project area. It supplies development space for equipment manufacturing. It is planned to build the manufacturing and assembly center of electric machinery, chemical industry machinery, coal machinery, and engineering machinery, Shenmu and Fugu coal machinery maintenance and manufacturing center, Dingbian and Jingbian oil machinery manufacturing and maintenance center and supported recycling supply chain for equipment manufacturing.
The project has set up the equipment manufacturing park in Yulin Economic Development Zone, covering an area of 2 km2. Some projects have resided in the park. Shenmu County has a reserved land in Jinjie Development Zone. Dingbian county and Jingbian County were also included into its own energy industry park.

Up to 2010, the gross industrial output value will exceed 100 billion Yuan and the total investment of the energy source and chemical industry base will reach up to 180 billion Yuan. Only machinery input will reach up to over 100 billion Yuan. The supported equipment manufactured in Yulin will reach up to 20 billion Yuan. The demand each year is over 4 billion Yuan. The annual machinery equipment manufacturing and maintenance will reach up to over 7 billion Yuan. The huge market demand is enough to support the rapid development of Yulin equipment manufacturing.
