III. Project Description
Yulin is one of the important production areas of potato and the planting area of the whole city is 2.2 million mu, accounting for 50% of total planting area of the whole province. The potato planting accounts for 26.7% of cereal crops area. It is the first crop of the whole city. The potato income accounts for about 20% of per capita income of farmers.. It has become one of the important income sources. The potato processing industry has some conditions. Now there are 3 larger starch processing plants, 5 small and middle size fine starch processing plants with investment of 2 million Yuan, over 20 professional villages, over 5000 starch processing families. Annual processing shifting capacity is about 1.2 million tons. The leading products are starch, sheet jelly, vermicelli etc. It is planned to build a potato powder production line with annual output of 5000 tons through introducing world advanced potato powder processing technology. It has great significance for improving potato processing level, developing modern agriculture of Yulin and promoting the construction of new social countryside.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 26.7 million Yuan. Cooperation form: joint venture.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
After the project is completed, the annual sales income is 26.78 million Yuan, profit 2.5 million Yuan and tax 2.47 million Yuan. The investment recovery period is 8 years.
