III. Project Description
It is planned to build a production line for processing 82,800 tons of rapeseed, 33,900 tons of high-quality and double-low edible oil and 48,000 tons of high-protein rapeseed meal edible oil every year. Construction contents include: 1. Production facilities: raw material workshop, drying field, storehouse for raw materials, and storehouse for finished products. 2. Auxiliary facilities for production: boiler room, transformer room, reservoir, water tower, circulating water pool, and maintenance room. 3. Facilities for office and living: office, dormitory, and canteen. 4. Internal roads and afforestation, etc. Currently, the workshop for civil engineering has been completed, and road and pipe network is under laying. Water supply facilities are under installation, and main equipments have been available now, which has been installed by the manufacturer. 85% of civil engineering and 70% of equipment installation have been completed; Storehouse for raw materials, effluent recycling pool, dormitory and office building, road hardening, and environmental greening are under construction. 2. 26.5 million Yuan of investment has been completed. 3. Employment of technicians has been completed.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 72.78 million Yuan, including fixed asset of 24.78 million Yuan, fluid capital of 48 million Yuan. Funds source: 55 million from bank loan, 17.78 from the enterprise itself. Cooperation form: sole investment or joint venture.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
After the completion of the project, it can solve over 120 persons’ work. The annual production value is 308 million Yuan and profit and tax 25.6 million Yuan. After the project is put into operation, it can lead and speed up agricultural industry structure adjustment and income peasants’ income. Meanwhile, it can promote the feedstuff industry and the development of livestock industry of our county.
