III. Project Description
"R&D of gynostemma pentaphyllum and other new medicines" relies upon the first-class research advantages of "Ankang Drug Research Institute of Peking University" and modernized production strength of "Ankang Beiyida Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.", and integrates "Science industry and trade" altogether. It has developed five major products: first is to cure cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, such as gynostemma glycosides capsule, gypenosides glycosides soft capsule, GuLan GuanMaiKang, slow release tablet, and puerarin injection; second is new type of hormones, such as GuLan Prednisone Tablet and JiaoLan Dexamethasone Tablet; third is antiulcer drug, such as HeWei Particle; fourth is new broad-spectrum antibiotics, such as NiKeBang (clarithromycin) dispersible tablet, and granules; fifth is raw material drugs, such as gynostemma glycosides, puerarin, longspur epimedium glycosides, and shikimic acid, etc. Gynostemma medicines and puerarin injections are new preparations extracted from natural plants, which have become major drugs to reduce blood fat, and treat coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, heart gum pain, and cerebral vascular diseases, without side effects. Due to good curable effect, they have accounted for larger market share.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
The project is planned to raise funds 30-60 million Yuan. Cooperation form: risk investment, joint venture, and investment with compensation, single product cooperation or other forms.　

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
The company has self-owned intellectual rights and production patent technologies from the abstraction, dispersing, refining to the terminal products. As it has many new varieties, high monopolized production rate, it is conducive to the market development. Meanwhile, with great potential, strong competitive power, it conforms to state medicine industrialization policies. It also is the supported high-tech industrial project of “The Tenth Five-year Plan”. The market prospect will be considerable. After the completion of the project, it is estimated that Prednisone Tablets, Gypenosides Capsules, KeNiBang (Clarithromycin) Dispersible Tablets and Granules are put into production in the first year and the output is 150 million tablets. It can realize industry value of 210 million Yuan, sales income of 180 million Yuan, tax of 23 million Yuan and profit of 29 million Yuan.　
In the second year, Gypenosides Capsules, HeWei Particle and Puerarin injections will be put into production. The annual output will reach 250 million parcels, 320 million of industry output value, 290 million Yuan of sales income, 36 million Yuan of tax and about 56 million Yuan of profit will be obtained.　
In the third year, Jiaogu GuanMai Kang, Sustained-release Tablets and Puerarin Injections are put into production and the annual output can reach 350 million particles, it can complete 500 million Yuan of production value, 480 million Yuan of sales income, 62 million Yuan of tax and 96 million Yuan of tax.
