III. Project Description
Taking the leading products white steam filature of silkworm as raw material, using the workshop with the built water jet looms production line and infrastructure and the prepared equipment, it is planned to add 60 sets of advanced gripper looms, and 3 horizontal warpers, 15 reeling machines and 15 doubling winders, realizing the production scale of 3.2 million m middle and high-grade silk-broadcloth with the production value of 90.8 million Yuan a year.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment is 60 million Yuan. Cooperation form: cooperation, joint venture or joint stock cooperation. The company takes the land, workshop, equipment, water, electricity and gas and other supported facilities of water jet spinning plant as stock and the investor takes capital or the major production equipments such as top grade gripper looms as stock. The share proportion will be held according to the final appraisal. It can establish the new company based on this.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
Silkcloth is a pure natural green fabric. In recent years, it has been widely used in interior decoration and its usage is expanding and extending. The pattern that the price is increasing and the demand at home and abroad is flourishing appears in silkcloth market. Silkcloth Industry is the key industry of Ankang city and the output is accounting for over 70% of the whole province. It also is a key industry supported by the Shaanxi Provincial Government. The raw silk output can supply sufficient raw materials for the silkcloth production capacity of 6 million m. After the technique reconstruction is completed, it can produce 3.2 million m of high grade silkcloth. It requires white steam filature of silkworm of 250 tons. The newly added gross value of industrial output is 90.8 million Yuan. The increase value of industry is 33.6 million Yuan. The newly added tax is 10.1 million Yuan, newly-added profit 8.9 million a year. The investment recovery period is 5.4 years. It can increase 250 employment positions.
