Xi'an Tianyu Special Shoes Co., Ltd. The company, founded in 2005, is a joint stock company. Now it has 5000m2 of office and production workshops and 2 automatic production lines. The technicians are accounting for 30% of the whole employees. The company has many patent technologies and non-patent technologies. Now it is an appointed manufacturing enterprise of labor protective products. The Jiangyu Brand special working shoes are the first in China and the only one in northwest Region. It was awarded as ＾Scientific Enterprise￣ by Shaanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology and it was the implementation unit of 2005 Spark Program of Shaanxi Province.
III. Project Description
It has a covered area of 100 mu, total construction area of 22000 m2 and 14 production lines. At present, the project has been approved by the government. At the same time, the project has been included into specialized manufacturing plant for labor protection. It was volume-produced and exported in 2006. The prophase project is completed; the R&D has reached the scale production conditions.

Total investment of the project is 100 million Yuan including fixed assets investment of 45 million Yuan and fluid capital of 55 million Yuan. Cooperation form: joint venture or cooperation.
V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
The annual domestic market demand is over 200 million. The market demand is sharply increased. The product made by us is integration with a special raw material and advanced technique. It features in insulation, heat insulation, warm, antifriction, anti-break, high pressure resistance, acid resistance, oil and salt resistance and corrosion prevention etc. It is an ideal protective tool in special industries such as chemical industry, oil field, hydraulic power project, electric power, architecture, mining and etc. This kind of working shoe is a substitute of traditional rubber rain shoes and meets the requirements of various special industries. In August 2005, the first stage project was put into operation and the annual production value reached 1 million pairs. After the completion of the project, the production value can reach 220 million Yuan and net profit 40 million Yuan. The investment recovery period is 2 years.
