III. Project Description
The project is planned to build a 30000mu capsicum production base including 300 mu germchit center and build a capsicum deep-processing production line which can produce 1430 tons of various capsicum products a year, of which capsaicin product is 20 kg, capsicum appetizer 30 tons, capsicum weight-loss crisp 700 tons and anti-fatigue recreational food 700 tons.

Total investment of the project is 69.98 million Yuan including construction funds of 66.69 million Yuan and basic working capital of 3.28 million Yuan. Cooperation form: joint venture or cooperation.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
After the completion of the project, the annual sales income is 100.2 million Yuan, profit and tax 8.15 million Yuan. The investment recovery period is 2 years.
