III. Project Description
Baishui County is a foundation county of high-grade apple at state level. It was named as the “Hometown of Apple”, was included into demonstration counties of apple Industrialization” by Ministry of Finance of P. R. China. Baishui apple was approved to use the Green Food Certificate issued by the state. The apple planting area in the whole county is 450,000 mu and the output is 400,000 tons. It is planned to build a pure natural apple super-fine powder production line with annual output of 6000 tons in Baishui County Apple High-tech Park. The construction period is 1 year. The infrastructure such as water, electricity, road and communication and so on is perfect. The environment is beautiful. At present, there are many foreign-funded enterprises stayed in the park. The Project Proposal has been completed.　

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 48 million Yuan. Cooperation form: sole investment.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
Pure natural apple super-fine powder is special product and it is blank in China. Therefore, the market potential is great. After the completion of the project, the output will be 6000 tons. The production value of 100.8 million Yuan, profit of 40.4 million Yuan and profit and tax of 6.4 million Yuan will be realized annually. The investment recovery period is 3 years.
