III. Project Description
Shaanxi Hanwang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a middle size pharmaceutical enterprise supported by State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the People¡¯s Republic of China, ¡°Provincial Excellent Enterprise¡± of Shaanxi Province and one of 100 key-supported growing enterprises. The company has a registered capital of 23 million Yuan. Now it is planned to seek for the companies with market network advantage and capital advantage to realize win-win. The construction contents include: ¢Ù it is to apply for state protection for new medicine of ¡°Yi¡¯naoxin Granule¡± and ¡°Xiantianma Capsule¡± and the continuous state protection for exclusive products "Shudan Pill", "Qiangli Dingxuan Pill";¢Ú to develop the new medicine "Qiangli Dingxuan Capsule and "Yinaoxin Capsule" and put them into market;¢Û to develop ¡°Xiantianma Soft Capsule¡± and study Gastiodia-elata powder injection preparation; ¢Ü the construction of soft capsule production line and authentication.
IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 30 million Yuan. 18 million Yuan is planned to be obtained through investment promotion. Cooperation form: marketing cooperation of product.
V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
Profit rate of investment is 10% and profit and tax rate of investment is 23%. It is higher than the basic value of 10% stipulated in the project. The investment recovery period is 5 years (including 1 year of construction period). After the completion of the project, the production and sales of gastiodia-elata series product may reach up to 200 million Yuan. The output of the traditional Chinese medicine of fresh Gastiodia-elata, eucommia and dogwood fruit in Hanzhong can reach 7000 tons and the value is about 86.25 million Yuan. The preparation and medicine can arrive at 286.25 million Yuan.
