III. Project Description
Founded in 1968, Shangluo Nitrogenous Fertilizer Plant is the only nitrogenous fertilizer enterprise in Shangluo city. It is located at east suburb of Shangzhou District. It enjoys convenient traffic, rich water and electric resource. Therefore, it is appropriate to the development of industry enterprise. At present, it has formed the production capacity of 35000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 140,000 tons of ammonium bicarbonate. The project makes full use of synthetic ammonia and carbonization approaches to produce 800 tons edible carbon dioxide through drying and absorption technology, develop local Chinese medicine resources to improve the additional value of edible carbon dioxide. The project adopts the most advanced extraction technology of the world--Supercritical CO2 Extraction of Salviani Cacid A. It can dispose 4000 tons of raw material medicine root of red-rooted salvia.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 21.5 million Yuan. 10 million Yuan is planned to be obtained through investment promotion. Cooperation form: stock participation or shareholding.

With the improvement of the people’s living, the incidence of cardiovascular disease and cerebrovascular disease is gradually increasing. Meanwhile the natural medicine has been becoming popular in international communities and home country, the medicine value of Salviani increased gradually. Especially salviani cacid A extracted from salviani can be made into salviani pill. It increases the medicine effect but it is convenient for taking. Therefore it is popular among patients.
After the completion of the project, the sales income of 48.9 million Yuan and profit of 8.325 million Yuan will be realized. The investment recovery period is 2.5 years.
