III. Project Description
Xi'an Conval Antibacterial Scien-Tech Co., Ltd. is a diversified joint stock company integrating research, development, production and sales. Its product includes the leading product Ag++--carrying Antibacterial Material and other series product system. In 2000 it was included into Shaanxi Provincial Torch Programme and the Key High-Tech Industrial Projects of Shaanxi Province. Ag++--carrying Antibacterial Material (ConvalPAG-40) is kind of solid material with Ag++ as its main ingredient, having high efficient antibacteria action. The terminated products such as antibacterial plastics, antibacteria ceramics, antibacteria fibre, antibacteria rubber and antibacteria building material that added some to the basic material according to a given ratio and given technology features in longacting antibacteria, milden and rot resistance, deodorization. Now there are 18 categories about 32 kinds. It sold well in 13 provinces and cities. Compared to the products of Japan East Asia Company in its kind, the indices are equivalent, but the price just is one third of that of product. It has obvious technical and market advantages. It is planned to build it into Ag++--carrying antibacterial material production base of China, which can produce 500 tons of Konval series abio Ag++--carrying antibacterial material and 5000 tons of Konval series abio antibacterial products. The raw material required in the project has realized home production and the raw material supply is abundant.

Total investment of the project is 30 million Yuan. The company is seeking for the strategic investor who is interested in industry investment to develop Ag++--carrying antibacterial industry through joint venture or cooperation.
