III. Project Description
The project is a supported project to flour plant project of Surea Group with daily capacity of 500 tons. It is planned to build a deep-frozen dumpling and dry noodle production lines with annual output of 4000 tons of deep-frozen dumpling and 4000 tons of various special noodles. It aims at 1800 m² of workshop, raw material and warehouse and the auxiliary facilities of water, power and gas etc.　

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 20 million Yuan (converted into US$ 2.7 million). Cooperation form: joint venture, cooperation.　

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
With the rapid development of urbanization of Xi’an and its surrounding areas, the completion of the project will quickly fill in the blank of deep-frozen dumpling project in Shaanxi and surrounding areas. It will obtain good market share and economic benefits by using the advantages of food and oil processing of Shaanxi Surea Group Co., Ltd and logistics delivery.
