The company was co-funded by Shaanxi Textile Industry Corporation, staff shareholding board of Shaanxi No.1 Wool Textile Plant, Shiji Fangyuan Shopping Square in February 2002. The registered capital is 73.78 million Yuan. Shaanxi Fangyuan Wool Textile Co., Ltd. is the subsidiary company controlled by the Group. It is established in 2001. Now it has passed the ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Standard Certification. At present, it can produce 1.2 million m top-grade fine woolen cloth. Now it has 6384 spindles of supported equipment. The dye introduced high-temperature high-pressure dye machine from Germany, pre-spinning introduced a set of advanced production line from Italian St'Andrea which is advanced in the world in 1990s. post-spinning introduced a fine yarn machine from Italy and semiautomatic spooler from Germany Sellschaft Company and the weaving introduced Genman Hacoba Warper, Sultze Gripper-shuttle loom, the fine dye introduced Italian TSD Three-knife Sheering Life Machine, Italian Pre-Shrinking Machine、KD80 Jar-steaming Machine.
III. Project Description
It is planned to attract investment to build a production line through joint venture or cooperation, which can produce 10000 spindles of fine textile, 2000 spindles of slub, 2 million fine woolen cloth and 600,000 meter of slub woolen cloth etc.

Total investment of the project is 93 million Yuan. 33.5 million Yuan is planned to be introduced. Cooperation form: equity participation or shareholding.

By adopting the advanced equipment of spinning, textile and dye, it can produce high quality fine, crude garment fabrics. It agrees with the development trend of top grade and fashion. The market is estimated to be broad, the economic benefit is favorable. In addition, the energy source and power in western region is sufficient. The company runs well since its establishment. The employees are specialized worker and they do not need training. The labor force cost is low and the profit of the product is high. The investment recovery period is short. Therefore, the reorganization advantages are obvious. The annual gross industrial value can reach 90 million Yuan, annual sales income 85.5 million Yuan. The annual total profit is 28.36 million Yuan.
