III. Project Description
Shaanxi Fangyuan Industry Group Co., Ltd. was co-funded by Shaanxi Textile Industry Corporation, staff shareholding board of Shaanxi No. 1 Wool Textile Plant, and Shiji Fangyuan Shopping Square in February 2002. The registered capital is 73.78 million Yuan. The Wool Tops Plant is a subcompany of the Cooperation. The Group Company is intended to restructure and expand the wool tops plant. The total construction scale is 1000 tons of clean wool and 800 tons of wool tops and total construction area is 15188 m2 including production workshop of 6048 m2, and the main public utilities of 9140 m2. The infrastructure such as channel, water and power will be built one time with the scale of 800 tons.
IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 44.51 million Yuan and the investment of 24.51 million Yuan has been completed. 20 million Yuan needs to be financed. The various flexible management forms including stock participation, shareholding or independent management after joint venture can be adopted.
V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
With the development of economy and the growth of urban and rural citizens¨ clothes consumption, the clean wool and wool tops demand more and more. The implementation of the project is based on the increase of market demand. The company is the only wool tops producing company in northwest region. The company is adjacent to wool production base of Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia. It boasts convenient traffic and low raw material cost. At present, the company runs well. The employees are specialized workers and they do not need training. The labor force cost is low and the profit rate of the product is high. The investment recovery period is short, the cooperative cost is low. Therefore, its advantages are obvious. The reorganized enterprise can produce 800 tons wool tops a year. The total annual production value can reach up to 46 million Yuan, the annual sales income 44 million Yuan, and annual profit 3.15 million Yuan. The sales profit rate (gross profit) of the product is 17.46%, the net profit rate of product 7.02% and the cash ratio 26%. The main business income can arrive at 37.8 million Yuan which is the critical point of profit and loss.
