III. Project Description
Shaanxi Guanghua Textile Plant was founded in 1970. Now it has 47000 spindles, 384 air spinning and 1590 looms. It has a registered capital of 21.89 million Yuan, and a covered area of 601 mu. It is planned to innovate 4 sets of fine F1272 comber, 100 ZA710-280 jet looms and its supported automatic cone winding machines and starching machines.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 52 million Yuan. 45 million Yuan is planned to be introduced. The cooperation form: direct investment, cooperation or stock participation.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
After the project is completed, it can produce 2400 tons of JC60S cotton yarn and 2.86 million m garment material a year. The annual profit will be 10.98 million Yuan and the investment recovery period is 4-5 years.
