III. Project Description
1.　　Project introduction
Tang Wild Bryony Wine Plant is located in Guanping village, middle section of Taipingyu. The predecessor of the wine plant is the wine workshop built in Tang Dynasty. Here is no pollution and the environment is beautiful and the water and electricity condition is favorable. Therefore, it is advantageous for developing.
By relying on the rich wilding resources such as bryony, Chinese magnoliaving, wild Chinese goosebeery etc., it can increase the output of bryony wine to 10000 tons from former 5000 tons. It is planned to build a grape wine culture exhibition hall of Tang dynasty, wild bryony sightseeing base. It is planned to build a comprehensive and industrialized enterprise integrating production, sightseeing, wine culture representation.
2.　　Construction contents
①　　It is planned to form a production scale of 10000t/y including 300mu land for production and life.
②　　It is planned to build a grape wine culture exhibition hall of Tang dynasty.
③　　It is planned to build wild raw material base of 10000 mu.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 150 million Yuan, of which:
1）　　The production base with annual capacity of 10000 tons needs 100 million Yuan.
2）　　Grape wine culture exhibition hall of Tang dynasty needs 30 million Yuan.
3）　　The construction of raw material base needs 20 million Yuan.
Cooperation form: cooperation, joint venture, sole investment or other forms.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
According to market situation, the investment will be recovered within 3-5 years.
