III. Project Description
The investment for the project is planned to be three stages. The investment of the first stage is 20 million Yuan (year 2007), of which the investment for fixed asset and fluid capital is 10 million Yuan respectively. It focuses on key technology breakthrough, sample produce and test, equipment collocation during the developing period, working out production regulation, technology flow, obtaining the test datum, completing the technology laboratory report and technology appraisal of the project. The second investment is 30 million Yuan (Jan. 2008-June, 2008). It aims at the purchase of equipment and test instruments that are the requisite for installation and production, product orientation design, completion of production line equipment, training workers, further increasing the production capacity and key equipments and realizing industrialization production. The investment of the 3rd stage is 50 million Yuan (June 2008- December 2008). It mainly is used as fluid capital and large batch production and sales. The main technology: lampwick packing, special power source and sealing.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
The project is planned to invest 100 million Yuan. It is intended to introduce some capital for joint venture or cooperation.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
High performance, long life and green environmental protection are the three distinct characteristics and advantages. It has broad market prospects. The internal rate of return of finance after tax is 30.42% and the investment recovery period is 2.32 years.
