Shaanxi Fenghe Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd is a joint stock company cofunded by Tongchaun Pharmaceutical Plant and Xi’an Fenghe Industry Trading Co., Ltd. in August 1997. It is located in Beiguan of Tongchuan City. It covers an area of 157.3 mu including 40% of forestation area. Now it has over 400 employees, over 100 various technicians. The enterprise has 96 kinds of products such as troche, hard capsule, granule preparation, solid preparation. Their knockout products are “Jinnuo Pilin” Brand Beinuozhi Pill, Dianxialv Capsule. The sales network is distributed in 20 provinces, cities and autonomous regions. It is the leading enterprise in Tongchuan Medicine Industry.　

III. Project Description
It is planned to newly build a production line with annual output of 25 million freeze-dry powder injection and 30 million small injection preparations, by introducing new technology, new technique and purchasing new equipment. The construction area of workshop is 300 m².

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 50 million Yuan. Cooperation form is joint venture or cooperation.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
The project conforms to state industry policies, the raw material source is reliable and the market prospect is broad. After the project reaches its production target, it can realize production value of 200 million Yuan, profit and tax of 50 million Yuan. The investment recovery period is 2.5 years.
