III. Project Description
Computer system and fast recovery of data have preliminarily formed a series of products, such as Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese and Korean. System and data can be protected in real-time way on local hard disk. When the system and data suffer from viruses, hackers, misuse operation or artificial destruction (such as Fdisk, Format, etc.), the use of the products can rapidly recover the damaged system and data in a few seconds. Data recovery products at home and abroad are mainly based on backup principle, and the product under the Project does not occupy hard disk space, and may restore the data only in a few seconds, so it has stronger competitiveness. Its products have obtained 13 national invention patents, one practical patent, two IC layout design registrations, 21 computer software copyrights and a number of exclusive technologies. The Project obtained the first prize of 2001-2002 Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Award. Based upon four system/data rapid recovery products such as security hardware, security software, security chip, and security firmware independently developed by Sanming Corporation, the Project aims to improve and deepen the R&D, and produce the projects in scale, and thus forming industrialization. It is planned to develop Sanming data recovery product into special computer one, and thus becoming the actually standard configuration.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 46 million Yuan. Cooperation form: joint venture.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
The demand for datum recovery at home and abroad is about 200 million sets. The industrialized prospect is broad. After the completion of the project, average sales income of 40 million Yuan will be realized.
