III. Project Description
The Project is designed mainly for chaotic management in commercial circulation area. It is comprised of product management subsystem, sales management subsystem, reputation management subsystem, and authenticity inquiry subsystem, so that consumers may recognize the false and true, and consume without any worry. So it may enhance product brand and consumer’s credibility, meanwhile, provide scientific inquiry means and methods for authorities. It is mainly used in production enterprises, sales enterprises, retail businesses, industrial and commercial administrations and technical supervisory departments. At present, the Project has been used by some enterprises, and achieving satisfactory results.
The Project aims to build workshop, introduce production lines, and set up nationwide identification network and laboratory. After the Project is completed, it will produce 5 billion pieces of anti-counterfeit labels, and 100,000 sets of anti-counterfeit recognizers.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Total investment of the project is 50 million Yuan. Cooperation form: joint venture or cooperation.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
When the industry chain of the project is formed, the annual sales income is 80 million Yuan and profit and tax 40 million Yuan.
